Campo Austral SA, has a linear production structure, starting with primary production, going through the transformation and marketing of meat, by-products and cold cuts, both in the domestic and international markets.

 

It has 8 pig production farms, occupying a surface of 100.000 m2 covered, distributed in the provinces of: The Rioja, The Pampa, Córdoba and Buenos Aires.

 

These farms house 8.000 productive mothers, that they deliver annually 240.000 pigs approximately, which are destined to the Slaughter Plant in San Andrés de Giles, Buenos Aires province. This plant has ratings to export to different international markets (China, Russia, entre otros).

Located on a property of 4.5 hectares with an area covered by 13.500 m2, its processing capacity 50.000 pigs monthly, allows to process own pig production, and provide slaughter services, Stripping, Chilled and frozen to third parties.

 

Part of the raw material obtained, it is derived to the Industrial Plant that is located in the Pilar Industrial Park, also from the Province of Buenos Aires. Nestled in a property of 10 hectares and with an area covered by 9.500 m2, pork is transformed into different types of Premium Quality Cold cuts and Sausages CAMPO AUSTRAL Brand.

From there it supplies the distribution centers and representatives, managing to reach every corner of Argentina daily.
